What I learnt

This week I  learnt several things about Ancient Rome they are:
* they had 22 letters in there alphabet
*girls at the age of 12 left school to get ready for marriage
*Greek slaves were there teachers
*They added 22 or 23 days every year for the Roman calendar
and lot's more. It's really exciting and now I want to visit Rome and see all the cool buildings and what is still standing!

Holidays

During the holidays me and my family went to Nelson. To get there we went on the Interislander. It is one of the biggest fairy` I have been on. While we were on the fairy we saw some of our friends so we hanged out with them until we reached our destination, Picton. When we arrived we thought that Nelson was only an 1 hour away turns out it was 4 hours away so I was pretty annoyed about that.  When we reached Nelson we went to this Motel called Tahuna Beach Resort. In the Motel there were two playgrounds, mini putt and a beach. 

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and had heaps of fun just relaxing and having fun. My favourite thing during the holidays was going to this special place where it had golden sand it was beautiful and the water was nice and warm. While we were on the beach we decided to play volleyball and me and my dad won. It was a great holiday but it was time to head home to our dog, Milo.

On the last week of the holidays me, my brother and my sister went up to Liven and went white baiting with my nanny. We went to our tribes river and caught about 4 shoals. We were out at 8:00 am and went home at 12:00 in time for lunch. It took 5 hours just watching the river to see any whitebait but we had a fun time with our nanny.

Passion Project

For my passion project I am going to make a website.
I am doing this with some help from Anna. 
Since she wants to be photographer I was thinking if I could put her photos up on my website,and she agreed with that. 
Each week I am going to try my best to make a great website and have bright colours for the layout. For the web there needs to be a name so I was thinking of calling it (Cool photos.com)
